Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at heelsocietyofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that returns without prior approval cannot be processed.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you would like instead. This is the fastest way to receive your desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
